If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Please read below:
We carefully inspect, tune, and pack all items by hand in our own shop. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, we offer Free Return Shipping. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the item and we'll send a pre-paid shipping label.
If the item is not damaged, however it is not to your liking, you can return it for a full refund. The Buyer (you) will be required to pay the shipping costs. If you prefer, we email you a pre-paid label using our shipping account for better shipping rates, but this will be deducted from the total refund. Please contact us before you ship and please make sure the item is packed properly so it is not damaged in transit. All products must be returned to our NYC warehouse before refunds are issued.
All returns that involve organic parts (i.e. broken skins from over-tightening, imperfections in the wood, etc.) are handled on a case by case basis. Please email us with photos and details and we will get right back to you.
