Retreat Details - Vendors

Calling all vendors, organizations, and causes!
Do you sell something that drum and dance folks would be interested in buying, or have an organization that they might like to learn more about and support? We'd love to have you as part of the Marketplace at the Retreat. Just tell us about yourself on the form and then you can make your payment when you register for the event.

We provide:

1. Space

2. 1-2 Large Tables (Please let us know if anything specific needed) 

3. Announcements in our newsletter, and on Social Media

4. Listing All Vendors on Retreat Page

Vendor policies
By filling out this form you agree to the following:

• Vending hours are 8am. to 11pm.

• Vendors must be packed up and out by 2 pm. on Sunday

• All the vendors are located in a big room together. It is the same room as the Dance Classes and performance. There is night time Security,  and the room locks after classes by midnight- 7 am. (except performance night a little later). Please note, Wula Drum is not responsible for any loss of or damage to vendor items.
