Discounts are paid back as a rebate, once the entire group is fully registered.
An automatic exclusive FREE cabin is assigned for your group members only. We do not fill cabins to full capacity, for your comfort. If you have a larger group, we can also provide more than one cabin.
All registrations of a group are staying in the same cabin(s).Private rooms, or alternate housing options, are not considered part of a group.

Group Name and Group Leader
Each group needs a simple name to define it. For example:
Group Name: John's NYC Crew.
Group leader is: John Doe
The Group Leader responsibilities include:
Identify yourself as a Group Leader in the Questions or Comments box at the bottom of your Registration Form. We will then share with you the Group Form (Spreadsheet).
Fill out the Group Form Provide a Group Name and information of each person in the group.
Notify Wula when all 10+ people in the group have completed their registration. No discounts can be issued until the group leader provides this info. Only paid and registered retreaters (every person, all ages, needs a ticket) count towards the number of people in your group.
Group Members
Group Members can register as they please- individually, or more than one person in a transaction.
In the "Are you staying with any other Retreaters?" question on your Registration Form, please notate the name of your Group or Group Leader.
Group Discount Rebate
Each participant will receive a 5% rebate of the ticket they purchased.
IMPORTANT:The rebate is issued to the card that made the transaction on the website.
