Enjoy a discount of 5% for registration of your group of 10 or more people.
Discounts are paid back as a rebate, once the entire group is fully registered.
An automatic exclusive cabin is assigned for your group members only. We do not fill cabins to full capacity, for your comfort. If you have a larger group, we can also provide more than one cabin.
All registrations of a group are staying in the same cabin(s). Private rooms, or alternate housing options, are not considered part of a group.

Group Name and Group Leader
Each group needs a simple name to define it.
For example:
Group Name: Michael's NYC Crew.
Group leader is: Michael
The Group Leader, is the ambassador of your group (please determine this amongst yourselves and then let us know). Group leaders enjoy perks including a free Wula Retreat Shirt, a Wula Hoodie and 10% OFF other purchases at Wula Table during Retreat!
The Group Leader responsibilities include:
Identify yourself as a group leader On your registration form
Supply the names of each person in the group. Group Members will not be added to a group until the Group Leader supplies the member’s name.
Notify Wula when all 10+ people in the group have completed their registration. No discounts can be issued until the group leader provides this info. Wula does not keep track of how many from your list have registered.
Only paid and registered retreaters (every person, all ages, needs a ticket) count towards the number of people in your group.
ALL communication with Wula regarding the group When group members contact Wula regarding group-related questions, we will say, “please talk to your group leader”.
Group Members
Group Members can register as they please - individually, or more than one person in a transaction.
Group members of 10+ groups are not required to provide group information. The list of who is in the group, and all other information regarding the group, is provided by the Group Leader.
We will look for the names on the registration Jot form under "Please write all of the names being registered in this transaction".
Group Discount Rebate
Each participant will receive a 5% rebate of the ticket they purchased.
Please Note:The rebate is issued to the card that made the transaction on the website.
Have less than 10 and sharing cabins
Please use your registration form to tell us any friends you want to house with. We can always put you with your people!
For groups of less than 10, cabins will be shared, although we do not fill cabins to capacity, in order to keep everyone comfortable.
Iroquois Springs facilities are large cabins with single sized beds.
Families with Children
Please contact us (retreat@wuladrum.com) if you are coming with young children so we can find a comfortable solution for you and your family.
