For groups of 10 we offer 10% off

For groups of 15 we offer 15% off

For groups of 20 Plus we offer 20% off

The discounts come in the form of a rebate AFTER your full party has registered.

Iroquois Springs facilities are large cabins with single sized beds. You'll see a lot of the same information on the Lodging page because all your housing options are determined by the size of your group.

Please note:

• If you do not have a group, you'll be placed in a shared, dorm-style cabin (you'll select Men's, Women's, or Other on your registration).
• Only paid and registered retreaters (every person, all ages, needs a ticket) count towards the number of people in your group.

Groups of 10+

Group Leader

Each group has one Group Leader, the ambassador of your group (please determine this amongst yourselves and then let us know). Group leaders enjoy perks including a free Wula Retreat Shirt, a Wula Hoodie and 10% OFF other purchases at Wula Table during Retreat.

The Group Leader responsibilities include:

1. Identify yourself as a group leader
   On your registration form or in an e-mail to the Retreat.
2. Supply the names of each person in the group.
   Group Members will not be added to a group until the Group Leader supplies the member’s name.
3. Notify Wula when all 10+ people in the group have completed their registration.
   No discounts can be issued until the group leader provides this info. Wula does not keep track of how many from your list have registered.
4. ALL communication with Wula regarding the group
   When group members contact Wula regarding group-related questions, we will say, “please talk to your group leader”.

Group Members

• Group Members can register as they please - individually, or more than one person in a transaction.
• Group members of 10+ groups are not required to provide group information. The list of who is in the group, and all other information regarding the group, is provided by the Group Leader.
• We will look for the names on the registration form under "Please write all of the names being registered in this transaction".

Group Discount Rebate

When the Group Leader notifies Wula that 10 or more people from the list are registered, we will issue a 10%, 15%, or 20%  rebate on tickets to all members and the leader. The % Group Discount is off the normal full value price.  

Please Note: The rebate is issued to the card that made the transaction on the website.

Groups of 7+

Groups of 7+ will automatically be assigned their own private/group cabin. 

• We prefer if you can have a group leader who names everybody in their group, but we understand that groups shift and change over time so it's not required.
• Simply provide as much information as possible (names of group leaders/others in the group) on your registration form so that we can place you in the proper group.
• Wula is not responsible for handling group dynamics - if you write down the name of somebody you are planning to join, make sure they are aware of it and that they notify others in the group so there is no confusion.

Groups of 3-6

Groups of at least 3 people that don't meet the 7-person minimum for a private/group cabin will automatically be assigned to a dorm-style cabin with other retreaters, unless you purchase a private cabin.

To get a cabin exclusively for your group of 3-6 people, any member of the group may purchase the Private/Group Cabin Add-On for Groups of 3-6 People. This is a flat rate for the full duration of the event - regardless of how many days the group will be there.

We prefer this item to be added to the cart during registration along with one of the tickets (the flat fee covers the whole group, there is no per-person fee), but it can be added separately at any time once you've figured out your group.

• During the checkout/registration on the website, please provide as much information as possible about who you want to be grouped with, and check the box for "Group Cabin (3-6 people: Add-on purchase required)" under Housing Choice. If you are not sure if you will have a group of 3+, please indicate an alternate housing choice. You can always form a group and buy the Add-On at a later time.
• We will always put you with your people. For example: if you request to be with two other people but nobody in your group buys the Private/Group Cabin Add-On, the 3 of you will be in the same dorm-style cabin with other retreaters.
• Remember, if you can recruit enough people to make a a group of 7+ you get a FREE Private/Group cabin automatically!

Individuals, Groups of 2, and Couples

• Individuals and any group of less than 3 who register will automatically be assigned to a shared, dorm-style cabin with other retreaters.
• You'll indicate your preference for Men's, Women's, or Other cabin on your registration form during checkout on this website.
• Please note where it says "Please explain if you chose Other". This could apply to couples, co-ed groups, or anybody who doesn't feel represented in the options we offer - please let us know.
• If the shared housing doesn't work for you, you can choose to camp on-site, or stay off-site in a nearby hotel or Air BnB.
