All Wula Drums are unique pieces made by hand in Guinea, West Africa from a single piece of wood.
The wood is dried naturally over time and selected carefully for each specific model to be made.
So that nothing goes to waste, Goat/Cow hides are provided from local farmers in small quantities, never from slaughter houses or with the use of chemicals.
THE WULA TEAM in Guinea carves, decorates, and assembles each drum with precision and expert craftsmanship, using only the highest quality materials, some imported from the USA and Europe.
